Defining Liner is a retractable liner; thus, it does not require sharpening. We have, however, included a built-in sharpener and smudging tool for your convenience and to allow for achieving multiple looks.
Can the eyeliner be used on the bottom of your eyes or the waterline?
Yes, it's completely customizable.
Is Defining Eye Liner waterproof?
Our formula is water-resistant, but not waterproof, in order to prevent aggressive makeup removal which can cause damage to the lashes.
