RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner was developed by a practicing Ophthalmologist to increase the overall health and appearance of eyelashes. It has been carefully formulated with our patented technology, BioPeptin Complex®, to condition and improve the appearance of your natural eyelashes, making them appear gorgeous and lush.

For best results, prepare the eye area with our Micellar Water Lash Wash prior to the application of your Eyelash Conditioner to keep lashes and brows cleansed, soothed and hydrated. Once a day, apply one thin line of your preferred RevitaLash® Cosmetics Eyelash Conditioner directly to clean, dry upper eyelashes only, above the lash line. Dip applicator brush into the bottle one time for both eyes. Use sparingly as dripping into the eye may cause irritation or other unwanted effects. Let dry completely (2-3 minutes) before applying additional beauty products or going to sleep.

If you discontinue use of RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner, your eyelashes will gradually return to their original appearance.

When used as directed, one tube of RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner (3.5 mL) lasts approximately six months. The 2.0 mL size of the product should last approximately three months. The expiration date for either size is one year upon opening and three years if unopened.

As a Physician led brand, we adhere to very high safety standards, so while it is safe for use on lower lashes, we do not recommend this as the applicator is designed specifically for use on the upper eyelashes.

The safety of RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner has been shown in multiple tests to be safe for use on the skin and eyes in adult study subjects only. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner has not been tested in children so we therefore recommend that the product not be used by children under the age of 18.

Yes. Both products are oil-free.

Yes. Both products are gluten-free.

At present, there is no accepted FDA standard for determining if a cosmetic product is 'gluten-free'. Therefore, we tested RevitaLash® Advanced and RevitaBrow® Advanced according to the FDA standard for determining if a food is 'gluten-free', and both were shown to have levels of gluten well below the detectable threshold. Additionally, the ingredient itself meets the FDA standard for gluten-free. Wheat Germ is a fatty acid found in very small quantities within the small embryo of the wheat plant. During the refining process to obtain Wheat Germ, the gluten protein can be broken down and therefore the process can leave the product gluten-free.

Absolutely. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner will not interfere with mascara use. Please wait until the product dries before applying mascara.

Yes. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner is safe for use after a keratin lash lift treatment. You should wait two days after the treatment to resume using your RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner, however we do recommend first consulting with your lash artist to be sure.

Yes. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner is safe for use with eyelash extensions or false eyelashes, and can actually help retain the health and beauty of your natural lashes, helping to minimize the damaging effects often seen with the prolonged use of lash extensions.

Yes. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner should not affect your permanent or semi-permanent makeup. If you have just recently finished getting your treatment, please make sure the area has completely healed and consult with your doctor prior to using either product.

Yes. When used as directed, RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner does not get into the eye and is safe to use with contact lenses. If any product does get into your eye, we recommend that you remove, and carefully rinse, your contact lens and rinse your eye area with water.

No. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner is formulated for use on eyelashes while RevitaBrow® Advanced Eyebrow Conditioner is formulated for use on eyebrows. Each has a custom-designed applicator to allow for precision application in the area where each is intended.

RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner has been carefully formulated by an Ophthalmologist and has been tested by independent research laboratories to affirm that it is safe and non-irritating. However, as with any cosmetic, some people may be allergic to one or more ingredients. In order to reduce the potential for irritation, apply a thin line of RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner on clean, dry eyelashes above the lash line, once each day or night. Let dry completely before applying additional beauty products. Do not over apply.

In June of 2011, we introduced RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner to the marketplace and the formula has not changed since then. In 2022, we added two new formulas to our eyelash conditioner lineup: RevitaLash® Advanced Pro and RevitaLash® Advanced Sensitive.

Led by a physician, RevitaLash® Cosmetics has formulated its products with safety as a top priority and has documented safety through comprehensive, objective testing. Like all of the products in the RevitaLash® Cosmetics line, RevitaLash® Advanced has been clinically tested and has an excellent safety profile. The safety of RevitaLash® Advanced to skin and eyes has been demonstrated in industry standard cosmetics testing. As happens with all cosmetic products, including mascara and eyeliner, a very small number of users have reported sensitivity to RevitaLash® Advanced. Over a one-year period, 0.11%* of users reported the most common reaction as irritation, including temporary redness, swelling, itching and burning sensation in the eyes. Even more rare were reports of dry eyes, styes, darkening of the skin at the lashline, periorbital fat loss, and eyelash loss. Reported reactions typically went away after stopping use. It is not known whether RevitaLash® Advanced or some other factor caused the reported reactions. *User reported data over a one year period, May 2023 – April 2024.

As with any cosmetic product applied near eyes (e.g. mascara and eyeliner), ocular safety is a high priority. This is especially the case with RevitaLash® Cosmetics as the company was founded by an ophthalmologist, who designed RevitaLash® Advanced to stay where it is applied and not come in contact with eyes, and pioneered novel tests to demonstrate the ocular safety of RevitaLash® Advanced. RevitaLash® Advanced was purposefully formulated with a thickener to ensure that it remains on the eyelashes where it is applied and does not drip into the eye. Our unique applicator wand was developed to apply a very small amount of product to the base of the eyelashes. It's also important to note that a study conducted by an independent ophthalmologist affiliated with UCLA’s School of Medicine used fluorescent dye to photograph RevitaLash® Advanced after it was applied normally and confirmed that the product does not get into the eye fluid. This is important for two reasons. First, it means use of RevitaLash® Advanced is safe to eyes (since it does not come in contact with eyes). Second, it means RevitaLash® Advanced cannot get into the blood stream, because the primary entry is through absorption by the surface of the eye. In addition, two independent experts based in the UK, one a highly reputable ophthalmologist and the other a pharmacokinetics expert, have reviewed the safety tests of RevitaLash® Advanced and concluded that no appreciable amount of RevitaLash® Advanced is absorbed by the body.And as if that weren't anough, in another study conducted by an independent laboratory, adult volunteers applied RevitaLash® Advanced daily as directed in the package instructions for 4 weeks. A certified ophthalmologist examined the volunteers’ eyes at the beginning and end of the study. The ophthalmologist reported there was no irritation to the eyes or change in the intraocular pressure (IOP) over the 4-week study. Collectively, these tests demonstrate that RevitaLash® Advanced generally stays out of eyes and does not have a physiological effect on eyes.
